Cancel

Up to 14 days after receiving your product, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to our web store are for your own account.

Returning

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product, with all delivered accessories and (if reasonably possible) in its original condition and packaging must be returned to us. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@aqua2go.eu. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.
